Terrible customer service . . the manager was insulting unprofessional and incompetent I bought a Jeep with a bad battery I came to talk about it and was treated terrible ..when . the manager was insulting unprofessional and incompetent I bought a Jeep with a bad battery I came to talk about it and was treated terrible ..when they need to sell they are so nice .. I actually took a lawyer and taking this to court ! The service department person was rude and told me he is busy .. it was empty they were all just sitting taking .. he acts said he will not look at my car because he doesn’t get payed overtime and to make an appointment when I went to make an appointment with the lady she was in the phone with her son inlaw (I heard the conversation) and asked me to Waite .. Run don’t walk away from this dealer. This dealership sucks. I filed complainants with corporate in Michigan and with the Florida attorney Generals Office and many more. They look for This dealership sucks. I filed complainants with corporate in Michigan and with the Florida attorney Generals Office and many more. They look for every creative way to screw a person over while extreme over charging at the same time. This has been the worst experience with a dealer I’ve ever been the victim to and what they do is borderline criminal. I am trying to get a civil attorney but I had to leave the country. There customer service values is treat people with disrespect while over charging and hiding it at the same time then don’t answer calls. F#*! customers every way possible. More

I came in here for 2 reasons. To sell my old car and I’m a sucker for Jeeps. Anyone could’ve helped me, but no one compared with Peter. He was so patient and genuine!! Peter show To sell my old car and I’m a sucker for Jeeps. Anyone could’ve helped me, but no one compared with Peter. He was so patient and genuine!! Peter showed me all the cars that was available, answered all of my questions, guided me through the whole paperwork process, and I never felt any type of pressure in buying anything. I ended up getting a great deal with one of the Jeep Cherokee, she’s a beauty!! I also gotta thank David the financial guy, he was so amazing and explained every financial steps I was signing ! I left the dealership with 3 thing: A new car A smile on my face And friend. Peter is the guy to go to!! More
