We began discussing options over the phone with our salesperson, Scott Jensen and when we came in to meet with him, we were even more impressed. He understood exactly what we were looking for, found us the perfect vehicle, the right color and all still within our budget. Not only did he assist us with setting up our CR-V exactly the way we wanted it, he even introduced us to Val out in service and made sure that if we had any issues to let him know right away. He even ran our car through the car wash when we just stopped back in to ask a question about our radio.....unbelievable customer service! Everyone that we've dealt with and made us feel like we were more than just customer, we feel like we're part of the Wilde family. I was disappointed somewhat with the cleanliness of the car upon delivery. There were spot stains on the interior of the passenger side door. I was able to remove them with soap and water. Also the dealer forgot to put in my car's floor mats so I had to return to the dealer to get them on another day. Next, I would encourage Wilde East Towne Honda to ease up on trying to sell extended warranty and maintenance packages. When I dropped off the check to pay for my car I was hoping to sign a few papers and go, instead I got that and a sales pitch. Maybe all the dealers do this but I would ease up and make it very clear that one doesn't need to sit through the sales pitch. I like the Wilde East Towne Honda building. It nice and clean and modern. It has free wi-fi. The selection of Honda certified pre-owned Civics was, for me, better than that at Zimbrick Honda. Despite the few mistakes that occurred, I plan on servicing my Honda Civic at Wilde East Towne Honda. I am fairly neutral on recommending this dealer, but since I am forced to make a choice between "yes" and "no", I choose "yes". More

Jeremy met my bottom line. He was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. When picking up the car, they got me out of there in a reasonable amount of time. In the exact words of a sales rep from a competing dealer, I got a "GREAT DEAL". I would highly recommend Wilde East Towne Honda, and especially Jeremy Martin. it's the first place I'll go the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle. Note this is the 2nd CRV I bought from Wilde East Towne Honda. More
