He respected me by answering all my questions and not trying to sell me a car but instead understood I came in to find out more information and test drive a Civic. I did just that and called him the next day after testing out other brand and model vehicles from other dealers and told him we wanted to purchase the civic. He was nothing but kind, respectful, extremely polite and very knowledgable when showing us the car. Also the financial experience was a delight. We felt comfortable and was not rushed in any way. He provided knowledgeable and prompt responses that I found much more friendly and informative than another dealership that I was in communication with which led me to visit Wilde. When I was able to stop in to the dealership, Shawn set me up with Mikel who helped me out with a test drive, and ultimately the sale. Shawn stopped in often to make sure things were going well and helped work out a deal that we were all satisfied with. As a first time new-car buyer, it was nice to have someone who was more than happy to answer my many questions throughout the process. Shawn and the rest of the people I worked with at Wilde made my first new-car buying experience a great one! More

Poor experience all around I had already chosen my car online and knew I needed a cosigner so it wasn't necessary for Leticia to "push the sale" like she did. I told her my dad I had already chosen my car online and knew I needed a cosigner so it wasn't necessary for Leticia to "push the sale" like she did. I told her my dad would be in to sign either that night or the next day yet she was still pushy and repeatedly kept asking me when he'd be there to sign I don't make my dad's schedule nor was I willing to keep calling him as she had asked. Later that day when I came in with my dad to sign, Shawn reintroduced himself and had no clue who I was even though I had met and spoke with him earlier that same day. Finally when it came time to do the paperwork with my dad, Peter B helped us and was absolutely wonderful! He was personable, patient and thorough with what he was doing. He didn't force unnecessary flattery like the two people I mentioned above and for the first time during the whole process I felt at peace with my decision. I had so many negative experiences at this dealership and Peter and my new vehicle were the only things that made it better. More
