Karen left a bit to be desired. I'm sure I'm the customer no one wants. Bull-headed and came in with a plan and some previous experience. Nevertheless, I'm the customer. So when a customer comes in and says they don't want something or wants to do something their way, lay off. The hard sell or not taking "no" for an answer may work for some people. However, I got the distinct feeling that the pressure/attitude Karen had with me had more to do with making money than it did with my well-being as a customer. I'll close by saying this was one of the better experiences I've had with a dealership. I felt like Conor really went out of his way to work with me and Shawn was very reasonable. More

Peter was very helpful with the paper work and provided personal insight to assure me that extra services was in my best interest. Peter had shared his enthusiasm for PC gaming which made conversation fun and made the process smooth. Before I had left Jon showed me that a nail was logged in a tire he had previously filled for me. I am grateful that the service staff had patched my tire. I am happy with my experience at this dealership and would recommend to friends. More
