It seems like she was already quite familiar - but I hope her confidence in the reliability of the system is restored. Shawn, I appreciate that you updated the end of your review. I am disappointed you still feel so strongly that our staff was uncaring and feel that our service still warrants a 1-star rating (not only here but several other review sites). So that we can learn from this experience, I would really appreciate if you could let me know what we should do differently in the future. We've already addressed this heavily among our management but based on what I am left with here, it seems you still feel we have not made an effort or have any interest (aside from myself) in taking care of our guests. Shawn, we do not shy away from having people let others know about their experience. I was not expecting the review removed. I was just surprised that it was still a 1-star rating after the modification was made. I don't take care of complaints to make them disappear, I do it because that is what our dealership believes is the right thing to do. We hope we improve the experience of those that write about a poor experience - and they, in turn, revise their reviews (many times resulting in much more favorable scores) because what we do is a result of genuine interest in taking care of them. If you truly believe your experience warrants a 1-star rating, I am very sorry to hear that. I am sincere in the desire to know what we could have done differently to correct it that would have made you feel better about your experience. And I ask this because we do want to learn and improve to ensure our guests continually get better and better service. The review was also posted to other review sites (Google, Yelp, Facebook) without revision. Chad
