I have had worked with Mr. Peter on my last purchase, he kept the same level of professionalism, he sought out the best possible scenario to meet my specific financial needs. Mr. Peter also made sure my experience with Justen was met with transparency and without any pressure for me to feel compelled in making a purchase or them making a sale. Originally, I briefly met Justen as I came and he made his acquaintance, I mentioned that I would be working with someone else. Renee asked Justen to gather information from my car and me whilst she worked with other customers that were waiting on her. In the end, the whole process of test driving and purchasing was done through Justen. Thus, showing the sale personnel can count on the team should they find themselves tide up with clients. She told us that the CRV is a good car and told us to go to Laura Kaleas. She was the greatest sales rep that we have ever dealt with. She showed us all of the safety features that we had heard about. She helped us understand all the new high tech features that were Greek to us. Peter was also a large help getting us through the paperwork. The sales manager even told us that the moldings that we wanted to protect the doors from dings from others wouldn't work for the purpose we wanted so we didn't order them to be added. Any other dealership would of just added them so they could get more money. This was the friendliest and most helpful car buying experience we have ever had. Thankyou to all of you. More

At first my car buying experience was not so great to say the least, but once that particular salesman was removed from the process it was nothing but great! I would strongly recommend working with Renee Skow in Sales, Chris West in Finance and Peter Bothe as an overall Sales Manager. My experience with each and every one of them was great. They went out of their way to make sure my experience was the best it could be and made up for it when there were hiccups caused by the initial salesman. I was in contact with Josh over a few months and he kept just the right amount of contact with us. Never pushy. We were from out of town and handled everything via email and had a deal by the time we walked in the door. Once we got there it was another super experience. Friendly people throughout the dealership who valued our time as much as we do. From our experience with Josh, to the manager Peter, and Brent in finance, we had a fantastic experience. We would definitely make the trip to purchase a car from this dealership again based just on how we were treated.
