We happened to connect with Ken Collings because he answered the phone. He was a good listener, understood what we wanted, explained available choices, and got right on finding the car we wanted at a B answered the phone. When he delivered the vehicle, he was patient with technical issues we encountered until we got them resolved. I'd especially recommend him to any customer 50 or over. He does not race over things, speaks slowly and clearly,not like the typical 20's waitress "Hi. I'm Barabara. I'll be your server tonight. Is there anything I can get you now?" all in the space of four seconds. More

On a scale of 1-5 my Falmouth Toyota Experience was a 10, after being referred to Ken Collings by Jim and Kellie Parham, I called and explained what I needed and the price range I could afford , he 10, after being referred to Ken Collings by Jim and Kellie Parham, I called and explained what I needed and the price range I could afford , he took the time to check inventory and to advise that there was a possibility of the perfect Sierra; for me , coming in and he would keep me in the loop,when the Sierra came in he called set an appointment and it was a perfect fit not only for me & my mom and her wheel chair but for Harley my 189 lb Newfoundland Therapy Dog , who fell in love with the staff and all their "cookies" Thank you all for a wonderful experience & and a relationship that I am sure will continue for years .................. Ken Collings provided us with the best car buying exprience we have ever had. We actually enjoyed car shopping for once, love the Tundra we chose and feel like we truly got a great deal. Even though I was an out of state buyer, Ron Sjahfieldin the sales person was helpful discriptive and never once tried any pressure sales tactics. In fact no one at this dealership did! Even though I was at the dealership pricing a new Toyota van ron pointed out that they were getting a 2010 van in from a lease and would I be interested in it. I did look at it and because of how Peter Cavicchi and Ron handled the negotiations I bought the vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. In my opinion the most important thing that separates Falmouth Toyota from the many other dealerships in the region is customer service, and I say this from experience. They're focused like a laser beam on making you happy. The first time I stepped into the dealership the first person I met was Tony Martino. It was a busy day at the dealership, but Tony immediately took the time to help me. He carefully listened to my concerns, inspected my old vehicle, and expertly explained the remedy. His attitude and professionalism gave me great confidence in the dealership. So, much so that I decided to buy a new vehicle. He introduced me to Jack Moloney in the sales department. Jack Moloney spent hours showing me the various models of the truck I was interested in and taking me on test drives. There was never any pressure to buy and I never felt rushed. He went out of his way to match me with a vehicle that was perfect for my needs. Working with Jack was like working with a close family member. His friendly personality and vast experience made buying a new vehicle fun, and I never thought I'd say buying a vehicle could be fun! And the price I was quoted on the new vehicle should not be under stated. It was better than the price I had found in all my research. Peter Cavicchi, the business manager, clearly explained the purchase process and prepared all the necessary paper work. He explained all the extra warranty items available but did not pressure me to buy anything. He was very informative and his calm demeaner in my opinion makes him the perfect business manager. There are other dealerships out there with good people, but I think that Falmouth Toyota has a great team. And the team at Falmouth Toyota is clearly focused on customer satisfaction. I owe this to Matt Murphy, the general manager, and coach of a winning team! Thank you Falmouth Toyota! More

The entire deal to trade in my 2009 Toyota Rav4 lease for a 2012 Toyota Rav4 lease was done on the phone in two days. The service and customer commitment I was given was above excellent. Exchange and pic a 2012 Toyota Rav4 lease was done on the phone in two days. The service and customer commitment I was given was above excellent. Exchange and pickup of the 2012 was done in less than an hour inlcudding paper work, registry work, and inspection sticker. Could not have asked for more. More
