Found a New Dealership and Friends I bought a 2015 CPO Navigator from Leo Hern and Greg Mirabile as my salesperson. This was the first time in 16 + years i have gone to a different deal I bought a 2015 CPO Navigator from Leo Hern and Greg Mirabile as my salesperson. This was the first time in 16 + years i have gone to a different dealership. I saw what is now my new vehicle on line, on the way down to check out the vehicle my wife and i discussed what we wanted for our trade. After taking the vehicle out for a test drive we started to talk about the trade, the first offer they made was just what we wanted. Greg and Leo were a pleasure to work with. There were three very minor issues i had with the vehicle before i bought it and Leo took care of all three with no hesitaion. I look forward to working with Greg and Leo and all the staff in the future and can`t wait to visit the new dealership in Norwood. I WILL recommend this dealership to anyone More

Best car dealership that I have experienced to date. I am very pleased with my experience at Herb Chambers Lincoln, for several reasons. First, from the time I entered the dealership until I leased my ne I am very pleased with my experience at Herb Chambers Lincoln, for several reasons. First, from the time I entered the dealership until I leased my new Lincoln I was never pressured to make a decision by my salesman Paul Calder. I have been in retail sales all my life and appreciated the fact that Paul listened to what we were interested in before trying to suggest any particular vehicle. Second, this was the first time we were considering a lease instead of buying the car outright, and Paul did a great job of explaining the difference between the two options. Third, We traded in a 2010 Lincoln MKT,and received what I felt was a fair price, without any haggling at all on the amount. Lastly the car was delivered on time, and Paul explained every option on the car, and how to work them, to my wife, which means that I don't have to do it. All in all the best car dealership experience we have ever had. More

A rewarding Experience My wife & I originally went to the Ford part of the dealership to trade her 2008 Volvo XC 70 wagon on a pre-owned vehicle and had just never considere My wife & I originally went to the Ford part of the dealership to trade her 2008 Volvo XC 70 wagon on a pre-owned vehicle and had just never considered a Lincoln. Having been introduced to Peter Hern by my insurance agent it turned into a wonderful experience. We discussed certified pre-owned and then discussed leasing the new MKC. We hadn't had a new vehicle in some time. Next thing I knew he had the perfect MKC being delivered to the dealership that afternoon. It had all the options we could have wanted and the lease deal, all included was perfect! We've had it for 3 weeks now and my wife just loves it. So we now have a new relationship with a dealer we trust to be with for many years. More
