General manager Peter Hern and the entire staff made the entire experience a pleasure, spending as much time as I needed to explain every aspect of the ordering process and about the car I was about to order. They kept me appraised of the status of my order, My salesman, Florin Burghiu was especially helpful, spending over 3 hours when I took delivery of the car explaining the functions of the new technology, endlessly patient with my many questions. He has since called to see if I have any questions. The finance staff went to great lengths in helping me understand the options available and arranging additional services to make ownership more convenient for me so that traveling the sixty-six miles from New Hampshire was well worth the trip. More

The hassle of haggling and nonsense of a pushy car sales person has to be the worse. However when my husband and I meet with our sales consultant, Paul Calder he made us feel very comfortable, no pressure, no hassle just pure patience. He did everything he could do to get us what we wanted. Just when I thought I couldn't be happier, We were pleasantly surprised with the work of his Business Manager Jim Lewis. Our payment was dropped down $50 and the percent rate went down by 3%!!! That put me $5.00 less then my original car payment I traded in. We will go back again when it's time for my husbands upgrade. Thank You Paul and Jim for a great experience. More

I will not buy or lease my cars from anywhere else. We have purchased 4 cars (me, my husband, my daughter, my son) from Peter Hern, and there just is not anyone better. Also, once you buy the car, the service department is excellent. I have been dealing with Eric since I leased my car three years ago and he's always been very helpful and accommodating. Outstanding Experience As a long time Cadillac owner, when it came time to trade in my older Cadillac DTS, naturally, I visited several local Cadillac dealerships to look fo As a long time Cadillac owner, when it came time to trade in my older Cadillac DTS, naturally, I visited several local Cadillac dealerships to look for a new car. After taking some test drives, I was somewhat disappointed and surprised that the new safe-driving technology was optional rather than being included with the price of the vehicle. Recently, while we were out looking at Cadillacs, my son-in-law suggested that I also consider a Lincoln, since he was impressed with his Lincoln MKX and the service he has received since owning the car. At 4:30 PM on a Sunday afternoon, we decided to stop by Herb Chambers Lincoln in Braintree, 30 minutes before the dealership was closing for the day. Sales Representative Ronny Vikstrom, met with me, showed me several Lincoln MKS vehicles, and immediately set me up with a test drive. Ronny was very knowledgeable, patient, and he spent a great deal of time going over all of the features and options of several MKS models to ensure we found the right car that met all of my expectations. Ronny never hurried me, nor tried to pressure me into making a decision. Additionally, Peter Hern, General Manager, provided a fair value for my trade-in and explained the financing options to me. After test-driving several MKS vehicles with different options, I decided to purchase one that had all of the options and safety features that I wanted. Herb Chambers even had the color I was looking for in stock! Every aspect of the sale process, from the greeting I received when I walked in the door, to finding the right car, and working through the negotiations and financing went very smoothly without any pressure at all. When I picked up my car, Ronny spent a great deal of time with me reviewing all of the features to ensure I had a full understanding of how all of the programs worked and that I was completely comfortable before I left the dealership. Everyone we met at Herb Chambers Lincoln was courteous, friendly and professional. It was a great experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Herb Chambers and Ronny Vikstrom to anyone that is looking to purchase a new car. More

Greg has gone out of his way to make sure I am happy with the vehicle I chose, and even checks in months after! That my friends is great customer service! Even when my vehicle was missing a small insignificant piece (coin tray) Greg went out of his way to get me one! I previously worked in an industry that dealt with many car dealerships, and trust me, I have never witnessed such great service. I will definitely be back in the future as the wife is eyeing an MKX or MKC! Thanks again Herb Chambers Lincoln, and specifically Greg! More
