They had my car from Thursday morning to Tuesday afternoon and never once provided me with a loaner car. I had a major issue with my Hyundai where I could not reverse my car (couldn’t back in, make a u-turn, parallel park) and needed it to be seen by a Hyundai service center. While I have Hyundai service centers closer than this location I chose South Shore and was very happy I did. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and informative. Without my inquiring they looked at my issue and submitted it for review and was able to get my issue resolved without cost to me under warranty. Their customer service was excellent and felt it was important to give them a positive review. More
