My car was acting up, wouldn't start, dash lights going crazy, weird clicking noise coming from the engine and my oil looking and smelling very odd. Got it in a told them about my concerns and they basically shrugged off my concerns said probably just needs a new battery and sent me on my way after checking in my car. When my car was ready for pick up I arrived not knowing really where anything was located cause this was my first time ever at that dealership and the service people just shooed us away and rudely told us to go to the cashiers. We found it and the lady checked us out, she was at least really nice, but no one talked to us at all about what was done and how everything looked and sounded. It's not like I brought it in for routine maintenance, I got it in because I was having issues and was concerned. Wanted to start using this dealership because it was closer to my home and my experiences at Brookfield of Toyota hasn't been great either....but I guess I'll keep driving all the way out there because it was definitely better there then Heiser. More
