My visit took 2 hours and 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. This was way too long given that I was waiting inside. I also didn’t feel like I was kept in the loop if there was going to be a d and tire rotation. This was way too long given that I was waiting inside. I also didn’t feel like I was kept in the loop if there was going to be a delay and then waited for my car for 20 minutes after I saw it parked out front. I understand the service guy was busy but then hand off the keys to someone else to finish up my visit instead of making me wait unnecessarily. More

Terrible experience. Still don't have my truck. Gave me loaner car with terrible tires and now I've been stuck in the snow. Technician overfilled car with oil and now the Still don't have my truck. Gave me loaner car with terrible tires and now I've been stuck in the snow. Technician overfilled car with oil and now they had to replace a catalytic converter on a brand new car. Highly HIGHLY upset and looking for SERIOUS compensation. Had to get towed out of parking spot in snow costing me money that I wouldn't have to spend if I had my truck. More

I was having some urgent issues with the snow and sub-zero temps and called another Toyota dealer who was unable to get me in (or try). Peter without question told me to come for sure, was able to ru sub-zero temps and called another Toyota dealer who was unable to get me in (or try). Peter without question told me to come for sure, was able to run diagnostics in under 2 hours and kept me updated/transparent during the whole process. I am so grateful and will continue to come for service in the future because of the excellent customer service and efficiency! I was SO GRATEFUL! More
