I’ve bought my Toyota Highlander in 5/2019 and have only ever had service done with Toyota. The last time I was in for routine oil change/tire rotation Peter brought out a long list of service recommendatio ever had service done with Toyota. The last time I was in for routine oil change/tire rotation Peter brought out a long list of service recommendations that “hadn’t been done”, but didn’t look into my service history, he didn’t even see that the car had been serviced there for the last 4 years, frustrating. This time, I brought my car to be serviced at 9:45a, and was told it should be ready around 1p. I called at 2p for an update and was not able to get ahold of anyone in the service department. I was also told that Peter would call with an update. No call by 3p, so I called back and again was not able to talk to anyone and that Peter would call me. Finally, around 3:45p, I received a call that my car was ready. But, I had used the shuttle service provided and was told that the driver was sent home at 3p, so had to arrange my own ride to pick up my car. VERY disappointing experience and will likely look elsewhere for future car service. More
