Having used Heiser Toyota for the past two years for

Typically, their technicians don’t even bother to look up the specifications for proper tire inflation level for the hybrid, which has an unusual set of pressures of 38 in the fronts and 36 in the back.
During every one of my prior visits, I ended up having to go out on my own after receiving Heiser “service” and properly inflating the tires myself , wasting both my personal time as well as money, which led one of their prior service managers almost a year ago to send me an email promising that I could get a “set of wiper blades“ for free on my next visit.
When I presented a print out of that letter to Josh Porter, he asked Pete if it was acceptable, and my letter was approved.
Unfortunately, when I was told my car was done, and I checked my paperwork they had only installed significantly cheaper new wiper “inserts“… Not full wiper blades, which is what I was promised … which includes an outer protective shell, which by this point was two years old and I wanted it replaced by full blades.
I had also alluded to concerns about the tire pressure once again Because one of the stated pressure levels was unreadable on the printout I was given… and Josh was dismissive stating that oh you won’t get any warning lights or anything like that. I informed him that having taught engineering for 32 years I know that for every 10° drop in temperature in the fall tires lose about two psi… So I just wanted to make sure that things were set properly on all four tires.
At this point I had had enough of Heiser Toyota service reps through the last two years.
I can now understand why the prior service manager who Sent me the email a year ago no longer works for Heiser… He probably got tired of them and they’re low standards regarding quality workmanship, communication, and customer service interactions as I have.
