Communication around my recall service was extremely poor. I was not told that the required part was unavailable or could not be ordered until after my vehicle was already taken apart, leaving me unexpe poor. The reason I'm giving a 4 and not a 5 is because Peter skipped/forgot to go over the 3rd page accommodating. I appreciate that every time I come in! The reason I'm giving a 4 and not a 5 is because Peter skipped/forgot to go over the 3rd page of the packet with me, which listed the recommendation that I replace the filters, and that there was some sort of error code with my brakes. The texted video (which I didn't see while I was there because I was working on other things) was virtually impossible to understand due to the sound quality. It is such a great idea, but the kinks need to be worked out. It also would have been helpful to see what they were talking about regarding my brakes. More
