Oil change department didn’t put the oil cap back on oil spray every where had to have my truck towed to the dealer on Sunday I had asked for a loaner but nobody could help I had to rent a car that cost me spray every where had to have my truck towed to the dealer on Sunday I had asked for a loaner but nobody could help I had to rent a car that cost me $350.00 when your service advisor stated the problem was caused by elder ford the serviced dept made the repairs to my truck and detailed the truck but after checking there is oil residue of oil over parts of the engine I’m not sure if I want your oil change to service my truck again two thing that they didn’t do was check for a nail in my tire they there wasn’t one but my tire continued to show pressure took to tire company and they found the nail and repaired it I had also asked the oil change service adviser to run the truck through the car wash that didn’t happen either I was very disappointed in the service I received More
