Hi, my name is Peter Polanski, and I am one of the Sales Consultants at Mercedes-Benz. I was born and raised in Poland, and came to America at 11 years old, so I am fluent in Polish. I attended Libertyville High School, and enjoyed my time on the Varsity Swimming and Water Polo teams. I graduated from the College of Lake County, and then began my automotive career over 5 years ago, I've been with Knauz since early 2016. Outside of work I enjoy being active; kayaking, soccer and playing semi-professional paintball are a few of my favorites. I also enjoy photography, go-karting, and driving AMG® vehicles on the track. I like to cook and have a good cigar friends and family. It's great to work for such a warm and reputable company as Knauz. I appreciate all the different makes that we offer and enjoy educating our customers on all of the products Mercedes-Benz has so offer!

We first went to Knauz and was assisted by Paul Kim and he helped us test some Mercedes models we’re considering. After a few days we went back to finalize our decision and was assisted by Peter Polanski. he helped us test some Mercedes models we’re considering. After a few days we went back to finalize our decision and was assisted by Peter Polanski. They were all very knowledgeable of the product they’re selling - believe me, we have met other sales assistants from other dealers who has no idea what they’re talking about - and we had a great experience with them. Went back a few days after cuz we had some questions about the set up and was assisted by Daniel. They are all great and accommodating. Highly recommended! More

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE BY PERSONNEL 😀CAR! I CAME IN TO THE SHOWROOM WHILE WAITING FOR SERVICE. MICHAEL JACKUS IS BY FAR THE MOST PLEASANT AND UNDERSTANDING SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES I HAVE EVE I CAME IN TO THE SHOWROOM WHILE WAITING FOR SERVICE. MICHAEL JACKUS IS BY FAR THE MOST PLEASANT AND UNDERSTANDING SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES I HAVE EVER MET. HE ALWAYS SHOWS HIS INTEREST AND CONCERN AND FOLLOWS THROUGH WITH THE BEST SERVICE EVER. HE SHOWS INTEREST IN ACCOMMODATING MY SERVICE NEEDS. GARY GREETED ME AS I LOOKED AT THE ARRAY OF CARS IN THE SHOWROOM. AS HE WAS ATTENDING TO A CLIENT, HE THEN GUIDED ME TO PETER AND PETER HELPED ME WITH HIS EXPERT KNOWLEDGE TO SELECT THE BEST CAR FOR MY NEEDS. HE WAS PLEASANT AND GAVE ME THE EXACT INFORMATION I NEEDED TO MAKE MY PURCHASE. PETER KEPT ME INFORMED OF THE TIME OF DELIVERY OF MY NEW 2020 CAR. HE GUIDED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS OF THE PURCHASE. HE FOLLOWED UP WITH A THANK-YOU LETTER AND INFORMATION FOR THE FUTURE CARE OF THE CAR AS WELL ANSWERING OTHER QUESTIONS I HAD. HE INTRODUCED ME TO VIJAY WHO WAS VERY ADEPT AND LED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS OF PURCHASING THE CAR AND THE UPGRADES TO MAINTAIN THE CAR IN EXCELLENT CONDITION WHILE I OWN IT. HE WAS CAREFUL TO MAKE SURE I UNDERSTOOD EACH ITEM AND WANTED TO PURCHASE THE ITEMS. THEN BRANDON ADVISED ME OF THE TECHNICAL PARTS OF THE CAR. HE SHOWED ME AND MY SON-IN-LAW THE IMPORTANT THINGS I NEEDED TO KNOW TO DRIVE THE CAR AND WORK THE TECHNICAL ITEMS. BEFORE MOVING ONTO THE NEXT ITEM, HE MAKE SURE I UNDERSTOOD HOW TO WORK EACH TECHNICAL ITEM. ALSO I FIND THE STAFF IN SERVICE TO BE HELPFUL AS WELL. More
