Most of the dealers would just call and try to get you to visit them and get pricing. I did not want to drive around just to get pricing since I already knew what I wanted to purchase. Kristen and Peter from Quality Subaru were very helpful and got back to me with pricing for our Outback. They said they could also handle the return of my leased Legacy. We made an appointment to visit them and test drive the Outback. Gary Thomsen spent a great deal of time demonstrating all the features, options, buttons and their functions. My wife and I both drove the Outback in town and on the highway. It was the most extensive test drive we have experienced. Gary was a pleasure to work with. We returned to the dealership and ordered our Outback. When it arrived a couple of weeks later Gary called us and we made an appointment to pick it up. Gary and Mike Ward were very thorough in going over everything with us. Gary also took the time to help set our favorite radio stations, set up my Bluetooth, and program my garage door opener into HomeLink. Quality Subaru made to whole auto purchase process easy. More
