After viewing the accessories in the car and taking it for a drive, I knew it was a great fit. It came down to the price now. Good bunch of sales people I just bought a 2015 Crosstrek and I have to say the sales process was one of the best I have had. This is NOT a no haggle dealership so if this is an I just bought a 2015 Crosstrek and I have to say the sales process was one of the best I have had. This is NOT a no haggle dealership so if this is an issue for you, im sorry. During the negotiation process I could tell these guys were honest. They weren't employing any of the typical dirty tricks and I could tell they genuinely wanted to exceed my expectations, which they did. They promised a delivery date, kept me informed and actually made good on the delivery! They scheduled my pickup so they could spend a lot of time with me explaining the car. Evan when the business office tried to sell me warranties and add on items they didn't use scare tactics to get me to buy, Its the little things such as honest salesmanship that I appreciate. In a world where companies will use scare tactics and shady business to get your money, these guys are different. You can tell the management tries to employ good sales people with a culture of good business. As most of us know, this is difficult to do in the car business. Thanks Quality Subaru More

I scheduled an appointment to come in and immediately received an email recapping our conversation and vehicle I would be test driving. Before my appointment I received an email and text reminder. Ralph was my Sales Associate and was an extreme delight to work with. I was treated with kindness and respect and never felt pressured. I had visited 2 other dealers before Quality Subaru and I wished I had made them my first stop. Every step of the way Ralph was there to answer all of my questions and exemplified superior customer service. When it came time for me to pick up my car, Ralph and Mark showed me every possible button on the car and what it does, as well as going through the manual with me. When it came time for financing Ed was very thorough as well. They really care about their customers and I would recommend them to anyone. More
