I was hesitant at first in stopping because I did not want to hear another sales pitch. However, I walked in and was very impressed by the dealership and the staff. Everyone was courteous and made me feel welcomed. I am SO GLAD that I went in! I was greeted with a smile by PHIL BYRD, Internet Sales Manager whom I had the pleasure to work with. I really appreciate his "no pressure" but very effective sales style. I felt comfortable not stressed. He listened to all my car and financial needs, he was very professional and friendly but most importantly, he was patient and very knowledgeable about the Honda product and what it had to offer. Thanks to Phil, he made sure that the car buying process went smooth. Furthermore, once the car was delivered to the pickup area, Phil took additional time to give me an overview of the car's exterior and interior features. I then drove off in my New 2017 Honda Accord having no regrets :-). Thank you Phil Byrd for such a WONDERFUL stress free car buying experience.
