Simply put - wonderful buying experience, straight to the point, and no nonsense attitude. Even on his day off, Ty found time to show up and help me close my deal. I had such a wonderful buying experience with Ty that this wasn't actually my first time buying with him. I had actually nearly purchased a car from him earlier this year. however due to the shortage at the time (and the price hike), I decided against it. This time around just like the first, Ty was straightforward with me regarding the car's price and what I'd be getting with my purchase. Fortunately this time around, I was able to cross paths with Phil as well. A close friend of Ty, Phil was able to help me while Ty was on his way to the dealer. Speaking for both of them, they were straight to the point. They never once tried to raise the price beyond what they offered on the sticker. Of course as some might be wondering. Were they able to lower price? Yes! They were able. Of course this will require some back and forth between you and Ty/Phil, but at the end of the day remember that the dealer's goal is to make money. (So don't expect to walk away with thousands off the stick prices, unless you really want to visit dealer after dealer for months on end like I tried to do.) I felt fortunate enough to get approx. 800 off. Though I believe anyone reading this review could do better, but like said, your mileage may vary. More
