Great Service overall. At first I had my doubt if I was able to purchase my 2016 Honda Accord sports Sedan. Customer oriented and patient service🙂 This is my second time buying a car from Norm Reeve's Honda through the Internet sales department. The experience for my daughter was great last year, This is my second time buying a car from Norm Reeve's Honda through the Internet sales department. The experience for my daughter was great last year, that I knew I would return for my next child's car. However, when I found myself in need of another car, for myself, I called Linda, and got started with the pre-approval paperwork, and within 24 hours, met with Phil, and rode out the dealership with a 2016, Honda Accord. The price was right,! The customer service was super and the knowledge base of my salesman, Phil, was great. He took time with me. We test drive several vehicles, and this experience was like having a friend with you to help your with your car purchase, instead of a salesperson, "just trying to make it happen." I always felt in the "driver's seat." He was personable. This is the mark of personal quality. The wisdom and confidence that he inspired, helped me to arrive at the decision for me. The finance department experience with Edwin, was awesome as well. This is the place that make you feel like "being yourself," is enough to seal the deal. "No games, just great customer service??????! " A place I will return to again!!!!!! More

I had a little trouble making up my mind even after Phil I can say unreservedly that Phil Byrd made this car-buying experience the best I've ever had. I had a little trouble making up my mind even after Phil took the time to drive me to the off-site Honda lot, but even though it was getting late, he remained personable, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. I appreciate the fact that he showed genuine interest in customer satisfaction before and after the sale, and he has my highest recommendation. More
