They were all very supportive as I cried ugly tears signing my Ford Escape away. Owen was VERY helpful with the tech stuff. He is very good at what he does. I don’t know what I would have done without him showing me the Telluride’s features. Also was very happy there were free cookies because it kept my 5 year old happy during the process. More
