I had a great experience. They really wanted my business. I felt appreciated and the process was a good one for me. Since buying my van in October I have been back many times for free car washes, business. I felt appreciated and the process was a good one for me. Since buying my van in October I have been back many times for free car washes, wiper fluid and great service. I highly recommend this dealership because the staff will work hard to make sure you are satisfied. Businesses that value their customers to this degree are hard to come by and that's why I will continue to drive to the East side of Madison to service my vehicle at Wilde. More

My experience with Don Sturkol, Phil Hogans, Pete Bothe,Mike Spellman, and Nick Moderson-Kox, Was a very positive experience. All were professional in every respect. Don Sturkol took the time to teac Bothe,Mike Spellman, and Nick Moderson-Kox, Was a very positive experience. All were professional in every respect. Don Sturkol took the time to teach me about the Navi system, he didn't have to do that. ALL were wonderful. I will recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More

In August of 2013 I went to Wilde East Towne Honda and leased a Honda Pilot. I previously before that had a Toyota Highlander. I loved my Pilot. I run an in home daycare with 4 small children. We ofte leased a Honda Pilot. I previously before that had a Toyota Highlander. I loved my Pilot. I run an in home daycare with 4 small children. We often do field trips. After our most recent field trip (January 2014) to the library. I unloaded my oldest two and went to get out the youngest, and I was unable to open the door wide enough to get her out of the vehicle (Pilot). I decided it was time to swallow my pride of not wanting to be a "soccer mom minivan driver" and go see Wilde again about the Odyssey. They were just as nice to me when I came in this time, as they were the first time I went in to get the Pilot. Phil took care of the upfront numbers for me and Don Sturkol throughly went over the ins and outs of the Odyssey which I was so pleased with. He didn't just leave it up to me to read a book and figure it out on my own :) I will be back to Wilde East Towne Honda for my next vehicle :) By the way I love the Odyssey I don't feel like a soccer mom because the vehicle is so sleek looking and has so many wonderful options!!! If you are looking for a vehicle with lots of room and a smooth ride I would highly recommend the Odyssey. More

The sales experience with Connor and Phi was the best ever I've had buying a new car. Connor is a relaxed, genuine fellow who knows his product and is able to get answers quickly. I felt no pressure from Connor and felt he was genuinely concerned with getting me the best car for my needs. Phil was a real pleasure to work with and was very creative when putting together the trade and options for the vehicle. Overall, a thoroughly professional, no pressure experience. The F&I portion of the process, unfortunately, was your stereotypically poor experience. F&I was not familiar with how Phil structured the trade-in and options, gave me a "this price is good tonight only" line on a 3rd party maintenance contract that was a poor substitute for that offered by Honda. At closing I was told the dealership didn't sell the Honda maintenance contract, only to find out they did when I came in the next day to cancel the 3rd party contract. At that point I was in no mood to give the dealership any more of my money. On the plus side, I got great financing on the new vehicle, was offered a fair trade-in, and was told several times by Phil how much the dealership appreciated the value of my trade in. Before this I've never heard a dealership say anything positive about my trade ins. Long story short, Connor is a great guy to work with and I'd recommend him to anyone. Delivery was a good experience. Car was clean and well prepared. Only problems after delivery were that the windshield wash fluid froze and the tires were low. These problems were fixed when I brought the vehicle back. The service department was very clean and Nick was friendly and knowledgeable. I plan to bring the vehicle to this dealership for service and maintenance. Overall, a very positive experience with one hiccup. More

We had been to some previous Honda dealers the first day we arrived at Wilde. It was an extremely cold day and at the other dealers, we basically were ignored. When arriving at Wilde and cruising through we arrived at Wilde. It was an extremely cold day and at the other dealers, we basically were ignored. When arriving at Wilde and cruising through the around the used CRV's, Laura came out immediately to help us. We test drove a used Honda, but after noting the offer on new CRV's we headed in theta direction. Laura brought a new CRV into the garage, (so it was a bit warmer to look at :) ) She went over the car with me. Eric and Laura came up with an initial offer for us, but we were not ready to buy that day. They both spent time with us, but we felt no pressure from either associate. Eric did bring some humor into the visit the first day by announcing my name over the loud speaker and saying they had a new CRV with my name on it! :) It helped to put me at ease. After my husband and I talked it over, I emailed Laura back and forth a few times regarding a possible better price. Eric and Laura came up with a price that I thought was very fair for both trade in and new vehicle. We arrange a date to come in and pick up. Upon arriving to pick up the new CRV, we discovered that my husband and I had misunderstood the financing %. Laura brought Phil over and He was able to explain and satisfy our financing concerns. (Eric was not in on this day) We proceeded to purchase the new CRV. Laura was great with going over every detail of the new CRV. Made sure that I understood everything. Karen was the finance person that I met with. The process was fairly quick one. I did feel a little pressure with the extended warranty. My husband and I had purchased in the past, but had decided not to with this vehicle. Overall my experience with Wilde Honda was a good one. My main concerns as with most people is feeling pressured and of course getting a good deal. I did not feel pressed except for a bit with the extended warranty and I felt I did receive a good and fair deal. Laura was very pleasant and upbeat . Between the first visit and the day I actually came into buy, she kept in contact through email and phone. She answered any question I had promptly. She is a great addition to the Wilde dealership. I have only had the CRV for a short time, but I love it. I have already recommended Wilde Honda to my coworkers. Thanks for the great experience. More

My wife and I were looking for a new Honda Pilot. Wilde East Towne Honda had a leftover new 2013 with the Touring package and colors that we were looking for. It’s approximately an 1 hour 40 minute drive to Wilde from our home. Given the distance, I contacted the dealer through their website and inquired about trading in my SUV on the Honda Pilot. I was impressed with the quick email and phone call response from Mike Bergman. Mike was great to work with. Through the support of Eric Henderson and Phil Hogans, we were able to agree on a trade difference and purchased our first new vehicle. Two weeks later, we decided to give Mike a call to see what kind of a trade deal we could put together to trade our car in for a leftover new 2013 Honda Accord EX-L. Later that week, my wife and I were back at Wilde East Towne purchasing a new Accord. We really enjoyed working with Mike Bergman and the staff at Wilde East Towne Honda. We would definitely recommend others to give them a try. More

I didn't plan on buying a new vehicle the day I stopped, I was just going to get some of the initial looking and pricing out of the way. After getting a look at some of the new cars and the way the stopped, I was just going to get some of the initial looking and pricing out of the way. We started our search for a new vehicle in late July and one of our first stops was at Wilde East Towne Honda where Brent Alexander greeted us and showed us a 2013 Pilot. While we were talking with Brent, he introduced us to Phil Hogans as well. As luck would have it, we ended up delaying our purchase until November. In mid November, I began talking with other dealerships and getting a number of internet quotes. After getting those quotes and visiting some other dealerships, we came back to Wilde East Towne Honda. Based on our first visit, we knew that we would include Wilde East Towne Honda and they would be tough to beat. Through the entire process, we remembered our first visit with Brent and Phil and had a comfort level with Brent and Phil that just wasn't present anywhere else. Both were straightforward and honest with us. There were no high pressure sales tactics. Every step of the way we felt that they were there to work with us rather than to try and extract the last possible dollar. We ended up with an excellent deal on our Pilot and drove away very satisfied. I can heartily recommend Brent Alexander, Phil Hogans and the entire Wilde East Towne Honda team for those in the market for a new vehicle. We will certainly start with them when it comes time for our next purchase. More
