Our experience at Kelly Ford was a positive experience. I dreaded having to purchase a new vehicle but Phil Pettus made the experience low stress. We went in to look at a particular car that was not on t I dreaded having to purchase a new vehicle but Phil Pettus made the experience low stress. We went in to look at a particular car that was not on the lot yet and there was no pressure to purchase another one. I initiated the process of looking at another vehicle and ultimately purchased it. I could not be happier with the experience. We have never had a salesman spend so much time teaching us all of the things our new car had to offer. I would highly recommend Phil Pettus if you are in the market to buy a car. The salesman and staff were very responsive to all my questions and concerns. When I went to pick up the vehicle is was prepped and waiting for me at the front of the lot, we just had to get the paperwo questions and concerns. I appreciated that Phil was nice and honest with me, other people in the dealership were nice to me, too. It was my first time so I had questions and I felt safe and respected. Other dealerships I visited tried to slip things past me and show me cars that had a lot of miles on them. It is not like that at Kelly Ford. More

The sales people, especially Paul and Phil, were very attentive and worked well with us! The car I wanted was in Orlando and they had it on the lot the next day and ready for me to drive home within hour attentive and worked well with us! Talked openly about the best car to choose to get the options we wanted without just finding a partially equipped car and doing add ons! More
