While this part of the process can seem like it is often a massive slight of hand, it never felt that way with him. From start to finish, I never felt pressured or a sleazy hard sell. The dealer I worked with was Carlos Alverez. From the time he started working with me he was friendly, professional and willing to answer any questions. He did not try to persuade me to get one of a different color. When he and Phil (finance manager), dealt with my sister over the payment for the car, again a good experience. I had attempted to get this car at another dealership and had a poor experience. Bui knew what I wanted and Carlos got for me. Toyota Braintree has a great employee in Carlos and just want him to get recognition for the great job he did. More
