Wish it let me give a lower review. signed everything needed when I went there to purchase a vehicle. They offered me 24,000 for my trade the vehicle I wanted was 22900. When they came to me with the deal some how they wanted the car I was trading and then an additional $7000. I owed nothing on my trade. Who knows where that came from In the end it was my trade and $600. We made the deal. Now 3 weeks after I still have no title and they keep requesting things that I have already given them. This is the most inept dealership I have ever delt with. I do not recommend buying from them More

Dennis, Phillip and the finance guy Alex are all predators. First they wouldn't honor their own car price on their website. Then they told me that the $3695 new car warranty was mandatory, and that predators. First they wouldn't honor their own car price on their website. Then they told me that the $3695 new car warranty was mandatory, and that although the car is cheaper on their website, they would have to manually add on the warranty and my savings would disappear. I didn't realize how many negative reviews they had on google about the same individuals doing the same shady transactions and preying on customers. If they have to lie and cheat in order to sell cars, what makes you think they will be honest with your maintenance services, factory warranty, and manufacturer recalls. Stay safe and avoid this dealership at all costs. More

This is the first and only dealership that I’ve ever been to where I haven’t felt pressured or been haggled to death. I was purchasing a first car for my daughter and Phil Smith was a complete joy, he made to where I haven’t felt pressured or been haggled to death.
