They got right down to business, and got the deal done. Got there right before closing hrs. The sales person came out and didn’t worry about time of the day. Good o'l fashion service I took my daughters vehicle to have service. The staff at Frank Brown acknowledge me even while I waited for the service writer to write up a work ord I took my daughters vehicle to have service. The staff at Frank Brown acknowledge me even while I waited for the service writer to write up a work order. While paying out the customer service didn't stop there. The Staff was courteous and made me feel welcome. It's good to know that service like this still exists. Well done Frank Brown!! More

Fantastic Service I had to have my car serviced and inspected. They told me it would be an hour and a half wait time - they did everything I need in less than an hour, I had to have my car serviced and inspected. They told me it would be an hour and a half wait time - they did everything I need in less than an hour, on the Friday before Labor Day at 10AM! It doesn’t get much better than that! More

Will not be going back Had a horrible experience. We live 80 miles from the dealership, and took my wife’s car in for a minor repair on the spare tire mount. When they close Had a horrible experience. We live 80 miles from the dealership, and took my wife’s car in for a minor repair on the spare tire mount. When they closed for the evening they had not started and did not tell her that it wouldn’t be done that day. Long story short they stranded my wife and two young kids in Lubbock without a vehicle and 80 miles from home. If they would have told us it wasn’t going to be done it would have been no big deal we would have simply brought it back another day. More
