Scheduler was terrific. Very customer service oriented. Service was ok. I wish I had asked for the report to show the alignment before and after the service. The real problem for me was when I picked up the car.it wasn’t clear where to proceed after I returned the loaner so I went to the cashier and paid my bill. I waited 15 minutes - no car. Finally walked out to ask, and the very helpful person doing car intake solved the problem. Got I’m my car and the steering wheel was dirty. I don’t love coming home from the dealer and having to wipe off the steering wheel. I will go again because I have prepaid maintenance but I’m not sure I’d recommend them for those who don’t. More
