Phillip Short was very good at explaining what was happening to my Lexus. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and gave me options on what needed fixing right now and what I could do next happening to my Lexus. Scheduler was terrific. Very customer service oriented. Service was ok. I wish I had asked for the report to show the alignment before and after the service. The real proble Very customer service oriented. Service was ok. I wish I had asked for the report to show the alignment before and after the service. The real problem for me was when I picked up the car.it wasn’t clear where to proceed after I returned the loaner so I went to the cashier and paid my bill. I waited 15 minutes - no car. Finally walked out to ask, and the very helpful person doing car intake solved the problem. Got I’m my car and the steering wheel was dirty. I don’t love coming home from the dealer and having to wipe off the steering wheel. I will go again because I have prepaid maintenance but I’m not sure I’d recommend them for those who don’t. More
