Bought my 2019 rav xse hybrid from Raj. He was very quick and fast with the buying process and explaining everything to me. Also answered all my questions. Jude helped in finance and I’ve never felt more com and fast with the buying process and explaining everything to me. Also answered all my questions. Jude helped in finance and I’ve never felt more comfortable signing away a several year commitment in my life. The managers were nice enough to come introduce themselves and make me feel at home. I had a great experience buying a used car here! Used Sienna Purchase Few months ago, I returned a used Corolla and went back to look at a used Sienna. I was pleasantly surprised with how they received me. I thought I would be received with angry looks like the Stevens Creek dealership. Sunnyvale dealership is awesome. Socrates, THE sales guy I go to is awesome and a smooth-talker :) This time I purchased a used Sienna and I am happy with it. They even let me borrow it for pre-sale inspection with my personal mechanic. I highly recommend going to this dealership. Praneet was awesome and professional with price negotiation and was totally understanding when I returned Corolla previously. More

Overall Good Experience, Higher Pricing James Tran accommodated our needs with courtesy and knowledge of the car we were looking at. Although we were already clear about our interest in a sp James Tran accommodated our needs with courtesy and knowledge of the car we were looking at. Although we were already clear about our interest in a specific vehicle, we had some technical questions which James responded to clearly and concisely. At no time did we feel pressured by a "sales pitch" or any exaggeration of the facts. His approach was instrumental in our decision to buy from Toyota Sunnyvale. Jude, from the Finance Department, was equally professional. Our only reason for four, instead of five stars, was the fact that there was no room for negotiation in what was, essentially, at or above full retail pricing. We wanted a specific model and color which was of somewhat limited availability. We did not believe the Sales Department's representation of their "cost" during our attempt to negotiate price. Our feeling is that we would have found a better deal elsewhere had we wanted to invest the time and effort. We would recommend that any potential buyer carefully research the market before buying from Toyota Sunnyvale. More

It was super easy! Last year I tried to get the same car at a Hyundai dealership in Gilroy Ca. Hyundai made it super complicated for me to get the car, they ran my credi Last year I tried to get the same car at a Hyundai dealership in Gilroy Ca. Hyundai made it super complicated for me to get the car, they ran my credit even when I told them I had a loan and they didn't have too. They kept pushing me to stay with them even when I told them I was already talking to my bank. they made it extremely complicated for me to get a car. The would also call me 24/7 even after signing the contract. I ended up getting frustrated and not getting the car after all the stressed they made me go through. Toyota Sunnyvale made easy for me to achieve this as they were very friendly and super helpful with everything. Raj is Awesome! He explained things in a way I would understand, so did Jude. I learned two things from them that I didn't know about financing and credit. I'm pleased and happy with this experience. Thank you guys! More
