I had a very good experience buying a car here. Took it here for the first dealer service. My interaction for a ride really left a bad taste in my mouth. Making the appointment I had said I would ne here for the first dealer service. My interaction for a ride really left a bad taste in my mouth. Making the appointment I had said I would need a ride. When I got there, I said I will need a ride. Service advisor said no problem, we will have you taken care of. After I finished with the advisor, paper work and all that, I said I need a ride and was told to go to the cash dept to ask for a ride. I went there, there were about 5 people behind desk, who all ignored me. I wrote my name down on a list. Still no attention so I asked if anyone can help with a ride. There were two ladies chatting away, they looked at me and said just write your name down. I said, I already did, when will I get a ride? One of the ladies said anywhere from 30-90 minutes. I said, I have to be somewhere in 45 minutes. She said sorry, the driver is not here. I asked when did the leave? I don't know. When will the driver be back? I don't know, all the time with a sign of irritation that I was interrupting. So, in this day of connectivity, they have no idea where the driver is, when he left, where all he left to drop people off, when he is likely to come back. Moreover it was the attitude of 'we don't care' that got to me. I would call this a bad planning, bad management, bad attitude. If I was the manager, I would get the driver to leave a note on when he is leaving, is likely to be back and what all towns he left for. Give the driver a trackable cellphone so that the counter folks can see where he is on his trip. Toyota service used to be not like this. I am rating all the people as 5* because I do not want to name names. The whole department from my service advisor to the cashier department was bad. More

Johary kindly explained the service options for 70000 miles. Around the promised waiting time, he told me some issues with the vehicle and suggested the solutions. Bought my 2019 rav xse hybrid from Raj. He was very quick and fast with the buying process and explaining everything to me. Also answered all my questions. Great selection with the highest customer service. Toyota Sunnyvale has met and exceeded all my expections from an online purchase. I am from SSF and I just bought my son's first car, a 2017 Hinda Civi Toyota Sunnyvale has met and exceeded all my expections from an online purchase. I am from SSF and I just bought my son's first car, a 2017 Hinda Civic with 21k miles. They have a great selection of cars with hundreds of new and pre-owned vehicles in stock. Kudos to the entire staff from the salepeople to the managers to finance down to their last stage of my purchase experience in detail. I couldn't thank Elmer enough and special mention to James his partner and their Sales Managers Ali and Najaf who truly understand my needs as a customer. My appreciation also goes to their Finance Manager Mr. Jude Imoisli who is very accommodating even thru my C/U who is not in their cuddle service. I highly recommend Toyota Sunnyvale to all my friends and family who kept up to their promise pf quality, integrity and trust. My First Van I've wanted a Sienna for Years. After butting heads with my wife about it the whole time I decided to pull the trigger and get one while out working. I've wanted a Sienna for Years. After butting heads with my wife about it the whole time I decided to pull the trigger and get one while out working. The Toyota Sunnyvale team made it as smooth as I could have expected. I would definitely buy another vehicle from these guys in the future. My wife is now excited about the van. Go figure. More

I was able to negotiate the insurance price with my insurer and when I came back again for the car, they took me back again with the same open arms and great customer service. More

Lack of customer care and poor communication Just bought a Taco and have been without it for over a week! Was unknowingly sold a certified pre owned Taco with mechanical problems as well as a bro Just bought a Taco and have been without it for over a week! Was unknowingly sold a certified pre owned Taco with mechanical problems as well as a broken headlight, passenger heyhole, and windshield. Such horrible customer service I wish I never bought from here! Bart was the only exceptional experience other than not returning my call regarding gettin help when all else failed with Junemarie and their service center. It's a daily battle to obtain any information to find out the condition of my vehicle. After a week of consistent attempts to get information, I learned my vehicle sat for about a week without any work done because they waited for approval for that long, and no I was not offered a temporary vehicle after such inconvenience. I have been stranded for over a week just to be told it'll take 2 weeks! They have such poor communication, and care for new customers. I feel like once I bought my faulty vehicle, they got their money and didn't care! If I could do this all over again, I would not have purchased from Toyota Sunnyvale. Not to mention I just suffered a loss in my family and do you think they made the situation any easier? No they made it worse! More
