The communication between service and sales was nothing I ever experienced. I had to make a decision, fix the old Mini, or take the money and purchase a new to me Mini. The guys at Otto we're very helpful and allowed me to ask questions and make a decision. Being a single woman, I felt cared for and received good advice from Otto Mini and all the guys who helped me with my fear of buying a new to me Mini. Love my Mini and Ottos I just leased my third mini from Otto's and for all three my salesperson was Pete Barcus . . . a measure of how wonderful he is (and that is NOT hyp I just leased my third mini from Otto's and for all three my salesperson was Pete Barcus . . . a measure of how wonderful he is (and that is NOT hyperbole) I have sent a few friends to him, two which have purchased cars and others are considering them. He makes the car purchase experience fun and pleasant and he is incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles so is able to answer any questions both before, during and after the deal is done. He helps explain everything you need to know to operate all the fun menus and features of the cars, and continues to be there for support down the road. I would highly recommend this dealership (their volume and availability of models and colors is really great!!) both for the experience and straight forward process - and Pete especially for making it fun and being responsive. More

I was interested but loved my volcanic orange hardtop S. Derek worked with us two and one half years ago and were very pleased with our experience. This experience was no different. Dereck explained the various options available for lease, arranged for others to review lease requirements and vehicle return. So now I have a new mini hardtop S. It’s not orange but a beautiful blue. Derek was a pleasure to work with. Upon receiving the car, Derek reviewed the important technical aspects of the car. I highly recommend Derek. He is soft spoken and low key. He made the experience of car shopping a pleasure. More

I made an appointment and brought in my F55 MCS 4 door. They offered and I accepted a loaner, a very nice new Countryman. Next day they called, all fixed. The problem, a valve in the A/C system was cracked and leaking refrigerant. They replaced the bad valve my car was washed and vacuumed and beautiful. Preston (service advisor) was very professional and like everyone I’ve met at both Otto’s MINI and BMW, friendly and very knowledgeable. An outstanding team: sales, management, finance and service and don’t forget the woman in the boutique shop. More

Long wait and incomplete repair Brought my convertible in to get repair on the rag top. Had corresponded with the service department and had a quote for the repairs just bringing Brought my convertible in to get repair on the rag top. Had corresponded with the service department and had a quote for the repairs just bringing it in to have the work completed as quoted. After an hour wait the service advisor came out and said we've looked at your vehicle and have a quote for you, I was very disappointed as I thought she was coming out to tell me it was done! I said how long will the repair take now that an hour of my time was wasted. Was told another hour! So I waited for the repair. The day after the repair one of the parts that was replaced and installed fell on my wife's head while driving the car so now another visit is in order. Not one of the best service experiences. More
