Simple oil change We have been using Elk Grove Toyota for years, even purchased two cars from them. I had an appoitment for a 10:05 oil change. I get in line at 10:00 a We have been using Elk Grove Toyota for years, even purchased two cars from them. I had an appoitment for a 10:05 oil change. I get in line at 10:00 am and a runner comes out and says hello and tells me a tech will be right with me. 30 minutes later i get a tech (what is the point of an appointment?) he tells me the service is going to take two hours...2 hours. No apologies for waiting 30 minutes, no explanation for a two hour oil change. They failed to put the hubcaps on tight, so my wife lost one on the way to work the next morning. No more dealership for oil changes. I am done with Elk Grove Toyota. More

Excellent service, long wait time Helpful staff. Very prompt and easy to talk to. Although they were busy, Could work on getting faster to those who have appointments. Waited about 40 Helpful staff. However, very nice service and love how my advisor, Primal, went over what happened with my car and also scheduled me Lyft rides that were already paid for- to and from the dealership! More

Horrible Express Service I’ve taken my vehicles to Elk Grove Toyota a few times only to remind me of why not to come here again. They lied about the wait time. Above and beyond my expectations I needed to replace a dented rim. After being on the phone all morning and either being told no one had the rim in stock or I could not get an appoint I needed to replace a dented rim. After being on the phone all morning and either being told no one had the rim in stock or I could not get an appointment today. I contacted Elk Grove Toyota they had one rim in stock and the gentleman helping me asked if he may go verify it is on the shelf and he did. He transferred me to the service dept who didn't have an appt open for today but the extremely helpful young lady on the phone found out what I needed and asked if she could put me on hold while she talked to her supervisor. She was able confirm that they would hold the rim for me and take me as a walk in when I arrived. Everyone who helped me from the moment I arrived was so professional and knowledgeable I cannot recommend Elk Grove Toyota highly enough. They texted me a number I could contact for updates on my car, offered me a free rental. I decided to just wait and enjoy the complimentry coffee and read. The car was taken care of in less time than they quoted me and they took care of a recall part and washed the car for free! I went home and let my wife know that our next Toyota will be purchased at Elk Grove Toyota. We NEEDED the rim replaced and installed in one day and they went above and beyond to make that happen and we are so grateful. More

Toyota Experience I visit the dealership in the morning.I was told that I may have to leave the car there overnight, a gentleman named Primal Kumar rushed up and said t I visit the dealership in the morning.I was told that I may have to leave the car there overnight, a gentleman named Primal Kumar rushed up and said they were able to perform the service I need, since it's a safety and urgent concern. They were able to accommodate my schedule and provide me a ride back home. I received a call at 2:40 PM and was left a voicemail and told to return a call that the car is ready for pick up. I return a call at 3:15 PM and was that she will help me, provide me a ride back to the dealership. I didn't get any notification about my ride until I called back Andy at 3:45 PM and received a confirmation at 3:55 PM. He provided me a service for a ride. I got to the front desk and signed to authorize that I received my car. Andy left my driver side mat in my trunk, he dug into my middle console and searched through it. He left my car unwashed when Primal offered me a complimentary wash. I requested the front desk that my car was unwashed and she went to grab Andy's attention. He got the technician to pull up and provide me a complimentary wash. I told him that I appreciate his help, he gave me a smile and thumbs up and walked away. I realize my car had the AC on full blast and my radio was on much louder than what I was comfortable with. My driver side rear view mirror was broken and just sagging there. I do not appreciate what Andy or the technician did here. More
