Came in for a 5k maintenance service and I asked the service advisor about different products for my vehicle. Advisor was not familiar with the product that the toyota facility offered. This place used to have a coffee machine that can dispense other beverages like hot chocolate, water, latte, expresso, comparing to the new nachine they just put in which only has 2-3 different types of coffee options.
