Came in for a 5k maintenance service and I asked the service advisor about different products for my vehicle. Advisor was not familiar with the product that the toyota facility offered. He just referred service advisor about different products for my vehicle. Advisor was not familiar with the product that the toyota facility offered. He just referred me to ask around to parts dept. I felt that he could have helped out by inquiring for the customer. Dont know if he was having a bad day or was just not well trained as an employee. I even asked if he was new, and he replied, no. My review Staff is friendly. This place is always busy. It is better to make an appointment or be very early. Their phone notification texts are kind of slow. I Staff is friendly. This place used to have a coffee machine that can dispense other beverages like hot chocolate, water, latte, expresso, comparing to the new nachine they just put in which only has 2-3 different types of coffee options.
