The internet staff stayed in touch and even assisted when we were having trouble returning our prior lease car to a different dealership. Brian Ellis was the first person I met when I first stopped in to Mohawk Honda. He is a professional and pleasant. I first worked with Junior Yogendra when first looking a vehicles, but then finished with Alex Hernandez when we finally were ready to purchase. Both of them were so pleasant to work with and I like the follow up after we purchased the car to see if we had any problems or questions. John Barber is an 'old' pro in the auto finance world, and he made our purchase a simple process. And finally, Prince Ramnarine was our delivery specialist. My husband got connected with Mike Bennice as salesman and my crazy journey began. Mike’s patience and flexibility to let me find my way finally got me into the vehicle I wanted. He went above and beyond to calm my nerves and to alleviate my decision and he took the time to come in to deliver my car to me on his day off. I would recommend anyone to Mohawk Honda and especially Mike as the salesman. Finance manager Eric worked to make this sale possible for us and then finance manager, John on deliver day was also awesome....honest and prepared to make the transaction flawless. The transparency and honesty at Mohawk Honda is what truly made me decide to purchase from that after I had shopped other dealers that did not treat us with respect and honesty.
