The next morning quin called and made thinks right we ended up returning and purchasing the car the only reason we returned is because the steps that quin took to make thinks right. In all my years of buying cars I have never been so insulted by a manager he has no customer service he did not even tried to help he walked in and asked us to leave. The only reason you got 100% is because of quin and pio going above and beyond to make the deal happen. More

Great experience! I went to the dealership on a whim to find out how much it would cost to turn my 2017 2wd Tacoma TRDOR into a 2018 4wd Tacoma TRDOR. Dealt with Quin the entire time I was there. After talking for a few minutes he suggested a couple of Tacomas that might be what I was looking for, the second one I looked at was perfect. After that it was just working out the details. In the end I think I got a fair amount for my trade-in and a good price for the new truck. Great experience. More
