We purchased our vehicle in January 2025. We love our purchase but have had poor service with everything else. From understanding our over paid warranty, to getting our entertainment system to work, still not having a connected LoJack, and having an app that tells us what we need but doesn’t connect to any workers in the office. I’m confused how a dealership/shop can sell you on maintenance but not agree when an oil change is necessary. No matter how great or poor a service department is waiting 3 hours for an oil change is crazy. When we voice our frustration we end up speaking with 2 or more people and nothing ever seems to satisfy the issue. As a customer who invested their money and continued time I expect better. Having to buy a $18 touch paint for a flaw or chip in the paint is just insult. Robin was extremely helpful and honest. I hope for better service in the future but have low expectations. More
