Customer service was good. My issue is with the wait time. I was told I would finish my oil change in an hour but 3 hours later, I had to go inquire as to why I was still sitti My issue is with the wait time. I was then told that my filter was coming from another dealership and it hadn't arrived yet. If that was the case, just be mindful of our time as well. Come explain that to me. This dealership had overall terrible customer service. They held my car for two weeks, didn’t diagnose it until a week later, and refused to communicate any updates with me.
