The Service Department is hard to get in contact with. I always have to keep calling or a leave a message. And sometimes I still don't get a call back. Great service, great people and the only thing I'll add is your best bet is to be ready to leave your vehicle with them. Times are thin with people working in the garages everywhere, but they get it handle is your best bet is to be ready to leave your vehicle with them. I was able to leave my vehicle with them, and they were supportive of having it their for a few days until I could retrieve, and for that I am grateful. A+ to their team managing it all right now. They asked me when I brought the car in on Monday what I thought was wrong with it. Told them either the key fob is not synced with the car or the battery is dead. Five days later on Friday they called to s thought was wrong with it. Told them either the key fob is not synced with the car or the battery is dead. Five days later on Friday they called to say yep, the battery was dead. Now before they could run diagnostics they had to put a battery in it cause it was dead. Yet they charged me a $200+ fee for diagnostics when it started right up after they put the battery in. Are they morons? I got out of the dealership for over $400., which is just ridiculous, when all I needed to get the car started is a new battery!!! I will never use this Kia dealership ever again! 5 days they had my car and I had to rent a car to get to work when they could have just changed the battery the first day!! These people are total ripoffs!! Never again and I’m telling anyone who’ll listen what happened! More

The issue I brought the vehicle in for was not resolved. The weatherstripping was incorrectly installed, and is popping off. They left a tool line in my front seat.
