I'm giving a 2 only because my salesman, Kerrik, was amazing. Other than that there service department is horrible. They have attitudes, loud, rude and talk about other customers in the presence of othe amazing. Other than that there service department is horrible. My car under full warranty is clearly having transmission issues (under 8k miles when I brought it in.) they didn't drive it around only put it on a diagnostic and said it can't be duplicates. Well it does it religiously for me. I bought both of my kias from here and so did my daughter, but based on the service quality when you need them. I would never by another one from here. More
