This dealership is hard to reach in terms of service. When I initially made my appointment to get my car fixed in September, they said my parts would be ordered and everything would be good by the time m When I initially made my appointment to get my car fixed in September, they said my parts would be ordered and everything would be good by the time my next appointment would be to get it fixed. (1 month later). Upon arriving to my appointment I was told the parts weren’t ordered and I’d have to wait until they come in and they would give me a call to schedule. I had to reach out to them and try and schedule and of course there’s no answer. So I’m not sure where the disconnect is from the first person to the next. More

I don't even understand why I'm getting this now when I picked up the car in August (it's now late October..so that shows you how "efficient" they are). I wouldn't take my car back to this store if it was picked up the car in August (it's now late October..so that shows you how "efficient" they are). I wouldn't take my car back to this store if it was the last dealership in the state. It took them nearly 70 days, with an appointment, to get my car into the shop and fixed. When they finally got it in the shop and stopped lying to me, the repair was completed in half a day. While they had my car just sitting on their lot, they also damaged it, which required taking it to a body shop (to their credit, they did pay for the bodywork repair...even their partner body shop reps said this service department is a dumpster fire). I was directly lied to by several staff at the store. Basically, the entire store, from the GM down, needs to be let go. The only person who actually helped me was the last service advisor I worked with, who finally got the repair initiated. Literally, hire the sketchiest person you can find off the street who claims they know cars before you take your car to this dealership. More
