Rachel is an excellent service advisor and very understanding. I have a lot of repairs to be done in my car but postponed it. . More importantly, she rechecked after my car was serviced if the mechanic put back the hub cubs correctly in place so the valve stems are easy to access which was my concern.when I brought my car.
