I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got in my car after the service was performed it smelt like someone had literally taken a dump in my car. It was coming out of the air vents a When I got in my car after the service was performed it smelt like someone had literally taken a dump in my car. It was coming out of the air vents and two mechanics could not figure out where the smell was coming from. They ended up spraying a strong chemical through my vests to get rid of it. I have a very sensitive nose, and there is no way I brought my car in smelling like that. I literally got out and started gagging. I’m wondering if the kid that brought it around sprayed fart spray in it? He opened the door and took off! More

Always get good service at JNT. However, I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I added on transmission flush and it turned into a three hour wait! Every time I come to this dealership, the service is predictably timely according to service given. Everyone is courteous and professional.
