Bad battery. Arrived without an appointment and was told it would take about 45 minutes. Usually no need to bring in coupons but service price should never change. Not just that but there was one rep that is very helpful and looks for discounts and promotions for you. The last rep I had seen should never change. Not just that but there was one rep that is very helpful and looks for discounts and promotions for you. She was fast and efficient and she was very clear with me about what needed to be done with my car. She did not allow me to spend money on something that didn't need to be done yesterday and made sure I was about what needed to be done with my car.
