Rachelle helped me with my 04 Acura TL. A rodent got into the engine bay and ripped up my knock sensor wire. She was extremely helpful and patient throughout entire process. My insurance covered a portion of it, so we had to deal with that wait time, but other than that she was courteous and responsive during the ordeal. Thank you again Rachelle. The Spreen Honda Loma Linda service center is the best. Always excellent service! There are other Honda dealerships closer but it's worth traveling the 25 miles to this dealership.
