I brought my vehicle in to get a slow leak in my front passenger tire repaired and get scheduled maintenance done. I was there for 2 hours. I was given a print out of the service that was done for my ve passenger tire repaired and get scheduled maintenance done. I was there for 2 hours. I was given a print out of the service that was done for my vehicle which included tire rotation. The next day I got in my car to go to work and the psi on the same tire showed 22. It was still in the exact position that it was in before the tire rotation that I was told was performed. More

Worse service department I have ever gone to. Went three times with a simple problem that they couldnt seem to fix, then went to local shop and they fixed it in 20 minutes. Today took it in for a simole oil change, after 2 hours asked when it would be done and service writer mumbled "it should be done". A half hour later they took me to the car, they had somehow l"lost" my keys but never told me the problem and NEVER apologized. Will never go back! More

When I dropped off my 2022 Tucson, I let them know that I had an active service agreement. When I was checking out, they tried to charge me for services that I had already paid for. It took more than 20 minu had an active service agreement. When I was checking out, they tried to charge me for services that I had already paid for. It took more than 20 minutes to correct the invoice, as my service rep and three others sat in the office chatting. This is the 3rd dealership I have taken my vehicle for service, and by far the least satisfying. Then, they gave me the keys and asked me if I knew where my vehicle was, rather than either bringing it to me or showing me where it was. I will have to use them again due to location, but it will discourage me from buying my next car from Hyundai. More
