I've been a loyal Mitsubishi customer for over 20 years. And I've had a relationship with the service dept @ Biggers Mitsu since my local Schaumburg Mitsu dealership closed. I have been very happy with the And I've had a relationship with the service dept @ Biggers Mitsu since my local Schaumburg Mitsu dealership closed. I have been very happy with the service team since then. And now I wanted to upgrade my drive to an Outlander. I worked with Darien Ivery who was very personable and knowledgeable about the Outlander and answered all my questions and walked me through the buying process which was very straightforward. Also allowed me to take a couple of Outlanders for test drives. Also worked with Jim the credit manager to close the deal. He also was personable and put me at ease during all the forms requiring my initials and signatures. OVERALL, I give Darien and Biggers Mitsubishi an 11 out of 10. And look forward to working with them in the future. More

When they sold me the car, the touch screen was not working. They told me that they ordered a new one from Japan and it would take 3 to 6 weeks to get here. I called service today, since it has been 7 working. They told me that they ordered a new one from Japan and it would take 3 to 6 weeks to get here. I called service today, since it has been 7 weeks since I have purchased the car. Now they tell me that I am waiting for a refurbished touch screen and that there is only one place in the US that refurbishes them and that it is taking a really long time. So I have had no radio, no ability to play music, and no navigation screen for 7 weeks, and who knows how much longer it will take. I want them to send me a new one, since that is what they promised. More
