Caylie you delivered efficient and efficacy service! Thank you! I walked up to the service window, you greeted me with a smile and said”welcome to Hollywood Crysler Jeep”, what brings you in today, how Thank you! I walked up to the service window, you greeted me with a smile and said”welcome to Hollywood Crysler Jeep”, what brings you in today, how may I help you”? I proceeded to explain my reason for being there. You listened, did not interrupt and maintained eye contact! (Extremely important)! After I was finished, you called me by name and informed me that you can try and help me, and politely asked me to sign the indemnity agreement, before you touched my vehicle, then asked for the keys. You then immediately used a device to identify what the problem was, and then instantly informed me that the engine light was on, and that an oil change was due. Moreover, you took the time to inform me of special oil offers, that was economical, and something No Advisor has ever done for consumers like myself! Evidently, I purchased one and I am extremely grateful to you. In addition, you then gave me the option to either wait outside or in the lobby which the company provided, and offered me the opportunity to refresh by taking advantage of bottled cold water, hot chocolate or different coffee, which I relished. Also, Cailey you specifically apologized to us/me about the fact that it may take a little longer than the usual wait time because of the shortage of man-power. You kept checking in whilst we waited, kept us abreast and thanked me/us for our patience! Magnificent job Cailey! Despite the fact that there was labor shortage, my vehicle was ready after waiting for no more than 45-50 minutes! Wow!! Thank you Cailey for your efficiency and outstanding customer service!
