It was ok Can't say much for the time spent going over the vehicle and it's features . Learning more about it from youtube the the dealership. Asked for a second key and fob because it only came with one. No response . Got lots of emails before the sale about my appointment and who to speak with . After the sale ( CRICKETS) . No follow up , No extra key or fob offered . Three key fobs were programmed to this vehicle. More

Very easy to work with. Only complaint is we specifically asked to have everything ready to go upon arrival. We have health issues and due to current conditions need to be exposed to the least specifically asked to have everything ready to go upon arrival. We were very disappointed about that. Once in everything was fast. Just disappointed in the wait. More

Bought a 2020 Chevy Traverse, Premier edition from the dealer. Overall buying experience was really good. Follow up for missing items/service REALLY BAD. My wife went to the dealership on 6/25/2020 to dealer. Overall buying experience was really good. Follow up for missing items/service REALLY BAD. My wife went to the dealership on 6/25/2020 to have 3 things looked at/serviced; The passenger side tail light has condensation; per the service manager the seal is leaking/broken – needs to be replaced The 2nd row sunroof shade does not latch; when the vehicle was manufactured the latch was not installed or was removed. The 3rd row floor mats do not fit in this vehicle. They appear to be made for another vehicle. – I asked to have this mailed to me as we live in Pinellas county, half way access the state. Received NO RESPONSE after both talking to JR who said he would call me back. Also emailed him two times. I called the service department Friday, 6/25/2020 to indicate that I didn’t want them to order the taillight parts or the roof shade clip/latch as we live on the other side of the state (as it was going to take about a week to get parts in), and if it’s a warranty claim, we can have the vehicle serviced in Clearwater. After calling back, I wanted to ask for part #’s so that when I called the dealership in Clearwater (AutoNation) I could provide them with part numbers and that way they wouldn’t need to diagnose the vehicle all over again and me have to make 2 trips for a practically brand new vehicle. I was told (by the service department at Carl Black) that she needed manager approval to release the part #’s to me. Really????! Come on man. This is really poor service. As if this was some top secret thing. I can find them online! At the very least, she could have/should have offered to call over to the dealership in Clearwater and provide that information to them so they could simply order the parts and make my trip to them once. I’ve bought many cars before and have lots of clients in the car industry. From GMs, to dealership owners, to service managers and sale a people. Never have I experienced such poor follow through.
