Otilio Hernandez was recommended to us by a good friend My wife and I went in looking to test drive an Explorer and ended up purchasing the Explorer. Otilio Hernandez was recommended to us by a good friend and that recommendation turned out to be a great one. Otilio was respectful of our time, listened to our desires, and worked with us to choose the right car for us. There wasn't the traditional "let me go talk to my business manager" routine all-day-long. We only dealt with Otilio and worked out the deal by just sitting at his desk. Otilio is simply the best! Always ask for him when looking to get a car. David Barragan was extremely nice as well. In the past, "the finance guy" would guilt you into purchasing an extended warranty, service plan, or an extra left hand. David saw that we purchased cars infrequently since we keep them for years and tailored any finance discussions in that context. I only had to say "no thank you" once and he moved on to finalizing the paperwork with a great attitude, good conversation, and ensuring he respected our time. Lastly, Raj Patel ensured that any questions/issues we had with the car were answered or taken care of without hesitation. The Kurt Stalnaker from the internet team answered my questions right away and we were met at the dealership by Jesse Myers who walked us through the sales process. I did not feel pressured to buy at any point during the negotiations and everything was upfront and straight. After the deal was agreed on, the financing went super smooth with Justin McCarroll. Throughout the whole process Raj Patel made sure my wife and I were doing well and that we were not having any issues. Alexandra Benvenuto walked us through the after market stuff and was pleasant to deal with, again, no pressure. More

Great Small-Town Service in DFW I grew up in a small town where everyone treats you like family because they've known you forever. I never expected to get that level of service from I grew up in a small town where everyone treats you like family because they've known you forever. I never expected to get that level of service from a huge car dealership like Sam Pack, but that's exactly what I received. Everything about the experience was top notch, even the price. I called a family friend (that also sells Fords) in another state and asked about the quoted price. My friend told me "Son, I've known you for your whole life and that's a good deal.
