I had done my research, visited 2 other dealers before buying from this dealership cause they simply beat everyone on price and were so much nicer than the other guys around! I'm very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend this dealership. I was helped by Sean Pinegar and he truly went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests. I was unable to pick up the truck for a couple days after purchase and the weather got really bad, Sean made sure that he had my truck safely tucked away so it wouldn't get dirty. He even sent me pictures and video's so I would know its safe and not worry too much. This to me is personalized attention which is rare to find these days. Thank you guys! More

Unbelievable service - above and beyond My fiance and I went to the dealership on 9/1/2016 and were looking into getting a new vehicle. We had been speaking to one of the reps via email and My fiance and I went to the dealership on 9/1/2016 and were looking into getting a new vehicle. We had been speaking to one of the reps via email and asked to speak with him. Unfortunately he was unavailable so his manager Miley came out and explained that but Andrew was available to help us out. We told him that we were interested in the Escape and the Edge but didnt know which we should go with. He took the time to show us the differences in the two while in the showroom for us to kinda make up our minds on which of the two we were really wanting. We decided on the Escape (mostly because of the cost between the two models). Andrew took us out to look at all of them that they had on the lot. Many of them had different options, colors, etc for us to look at but we told him of our "deal breakers". We decided on a white Escape with black rims to test drive. It handled really well, had excellent pickup with the Ecoboost engine, and had our exact requirements. After the test drive we went in to talk numbers, he tried to see if we were interested in the Ford Lease program but we really wanted to own the vehicle. Went back and forth for a little on pricing, monthly payments, and value of our trade in. It seemed like we were going to be leaving without a vehicle when Raj (finance) and Andrew came back with an unbelievable deal. We just could not say no. By this time we had been there for a while and Miley came by and asked if we were hungry (we were absolutely starving). She left and came back with dinner for both of us! It was completely unnecessary for them to go out of their way to help us get into a new vehicle and provide dinner for us. Andrew, Raj, and Miley were fantastic and deserve to be recognized for their efforts to not only to take care of us this time but earn our business for life. More

The day I called Melanie I had been to 4 dealerships. When I arrived I was so incredibly frustrated! I had a budget that I thought would not support anything I would be happy with. To my surprise she actually listened to me and had 2 vehicles picked out and pulled up to the front for me to look at. It was so nice to have someone take what I was asking for and have it ready for me when I got there. That same day I had called another ford dealership and they pretty much just said not possible. By meeting with her and Raj I ended up getting exactly what I wanted at the exact price I could afford. It was even a $1 less than what my husband said I could spend monthly.:) The best part was I didn't have to spend all day sitting there and going back and forth with them. I would recommend those two to anyone. I am so happy with my 2017 Titanium Escape (which I didn't even think was possible to get). It drives amazing, it is great on gas and is just big enough for my family of 5 with two car seats. I am looking forward to buying my Ford Explorer from her next. More

Great Customer Service I had gotten into a car accident which ended up totaling my car. This dealership works with my fiancé’s company and I love Ford so we decided to give this dealership a try. My fiancé’s company normally works with Kevin and he directed us to Raj for help in buying a new car. However, Raj had to get home to his child (totally understandable) by the time that I got off of work. So, Raj set up Chandler to meet with us instead. Chandler was waiting for us when we got there. He was professional, funny, and listened to what I wanted in a car. He got everything set up that I wanted (with no haggling). He even stayed hours past his time to leave just to help us. Alexandra helped me get the upgrades I wanted and went over pricing options. She was very patient with me as I decided whether or not I should get the upgrades. Michael in Finance was fantastic. He was super nice and helped me through my finance options. He was extremely knowledgeable and fast. The great customer service still has not stopped. Since I bought the car a week ago, several people have called to check in on me. Alexandra called to let me know she is waiting on my new seats and will get me scheduled once they come in. Kirk Pack called to ask me if there was anything else I needed and to thank me for my purchase. Chandler has called to check up on me and Richard Ferguson has called to see if I needed any help with all the technology in my car. Overall, I would say that this has been the best experience buying a car especially since I wasn’t having the best time after wrecking my previous car. I will most definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car and the next time I need another car I will be coming back! More
